Madilyn Cole Expected To Solicit Family Friend Nevada Governor for Judicial Appointment

Still fuming about her defeat, Madilyn Cole is widely expected to subvert the will of Nevada voters by convincing family friend Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo to "arrange" for Madilyn Cole to be "appointed" once a judicial vacancy arises.

Using the phony made-up name of Madilyn "Leavitt" Cole, Madilyn Cole claimed she would be a "Judge for the People". She also claimed she would be fair, and ethical. However, the background of Madilyn Leavitt Cole and her true history simply do not support her public propaganda.

As a Mormon, Madilyn Cole has apparently never widely discussed or admitted to Nevada voters her strange religion while campaigning for judge. Then again, there are lots of facts that Madilyn Cole seemed to withhold from Nevada voters. For example, Madilyn Cole never explicitly admitted that her mother is current Judge Michelle Leavitt. Madilyn Cole has posted very few images of Michelle Leavitt on her social media pages.

It should be no surprise that Madilyn Cole would seek to distance herself from Judge Michelle Leavitt given the fact that her mother was investigated by the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline. Judge Michelle Leavitt was FORCED to admit her own judicial corruption or risk being removed from the bench by the Nevada Supreme Court.

Despite being a lawyer, and a prosecutor, apparently the so-called Discovery Process and releasing ethical disclaimers is a practice that Madilyn Cole is not fond of. Madilyn Cole has refused to publicly detail the flaws of her Leavitt family members, and her mother Michelle Leavitt. This is important genetic information for voters.

For example, the Judicial Rap-Sheet of Michelle Leavitt, who is the mother of Madilyn Cole, is public knowledge. Madilyn Cole has refused to publicly acknowledge and highlight this fact as a legal disclaimer on her official Madilyn Leavitt Cole for Judge website.

In Case 67981, the Nevada Supreme Court and the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline Case #2012-112 investigated the mother of Madilyn Cole for unethical conduct, and using her position as a Judge to torment litigants, and being a liar.

Contrary to the glowing, but false, recommendations of DA Steve Wolfson, there is nothing positive about the "Legacy&34 of Michelle Leavitt. In these Cases, the Nevada Supreme Court upheld the findings that Michelle Thelma Leavitt admitted she "committed violations of the Revised Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct ("Code"), Judicial Canon 1, Rule l.l (failure to comply with the law, including the Code), Canon 2, Rule 2.2 (failure to uphold and apply the law), lying, etc."

In these Cases, the Nevada Supreme Court upheld the findings that Michelle Thelma Leavitt admitted she "committed violations of the Revised Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct" instead of trying to maintain her previous statements that she did nothing wrong. In other words, she was caught in a lie!!

Instead of discussing these facts about her unethical mother, Madilyn Cole diverted attention to her deceased grandfather named Myron Leavitt.

Complaint Against Clark County DA Steve Wolfson: Supervisor of Madilyn Cole; Exposing Trend of Prosecutors Seeking to Become Judge

Other than convicted murders, automobile thieves, robbers, and rapists, are there any type of persons we know that Madilyn Cole WILL NOT seek an endorsement from?

Roger Kaplan, a longtime Las Vegas resident filed a complaint against the boss of Madilyn Cole with the Nevada Commission on Ethics. He made the bombshell complaint that exposed the current scam of Clark County, NV prosecutors seeking to double their salary by becoming a judge. ">The complaint filed with the Nevada Ethics Commission against Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson alleges Wolfson violated state law by appearing in a campaign ad for his daughter, Rebecca Wolfson, a candidate in a race for Las Vegas Municipal Judge.

In reviewing the social media pages of Madilyn Cole, and the images she posted thereon, it is very clear that Madilyn Cole and Rebecca Wolfson are very close family friends.

Rebecca Wolfson is a major influence on her father Steve Wolfson. It is therefore no surprise to independent Las Vegas, NV voters that the close friend of Rebecca would also endorse Madilyn Cole. By extension, it is no surprise that Steve Wolfson would endorse best friend of Rebecca Wolfson, and appear in a TV Ad, billboard, and Endorsement Sign, with her.

Steve Wolfson is best friends with Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo. Madilyn Cole sought to duplicate the efforts of Rebecca Wolfson, but failed. She was badly embarrassed because most Nevada voters recognized her incompetence, stupidity, and zero lack of qualifications. Only the dumbest of the dumb and BYU graduates voted for Madilyn Cole.

Steve Wolfson recommended that failed judicial candidate Danielle Chio apply for a vacant judicial position in 2022 after her General Election defeat.

Within days of her defeat in the General Election of 2022, Danielle Chio wasted no time in reviewing the Asian Playbook of Dirty Politics; a guide book for Orientals to secure elections and public office. Her efforts paid off. Or, should we say her dress came off? Not sure which is accurate.

In one of the most infamous judicial appointments in history, Danielle Chio side-swiped Nevada voters and forced her to way into becoming a Judge.

On March 1st, 2023, the defeated, the rejected, the unworthy, and the spolied Danielle Chio official put her middle-finger to Nevada voters when Joe Lombardo approved nominated her for Department 7 .

This is the strategy that corrupt judicial applicants seek when they are rejected by Nevada Voters. Danielle Chio: "To hell with Nevada voters, I will use Steve Wolfson, and Joe Lombardo to get a job as judge. I don't need your votes. I have friends in high places.".

Conclusion: Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo Must Reject Attempts by Defeated Madilyn Cole to Subvert the Will of Nevada Voters

Neither Danielle Chio or Madilyn Cole can pass the public Smell Test. Therefore, their only options is to pursue NEPOTISM BY DERIVATIVE or seek resources published in the infamous Asian Playbook of Dirty Politics.

The public track record of Steve Wolfson butting heads with the Nevada Ethics Commission did not start with the Rebecca Wolfson judicial campaign. In Complaint No. 17-26C. In re Jeffrey Witthun, Director,Family Support Division, Clark, an anonymous complaint was filed with the Ethics Commission regarding the inappropriate hiring of Adam Withhun, the son of Steve Wolfsons's Director, Jeffrey Witthun. Mr. Wolfson specifically stated he "no problem with the hire of Adam Withhun.." The Nevada Ethics Commission had an opposite opinion.

The creepy BYU friends and associates of Madilyn Cole is disturbing. Exposing the true character and lack of morals is important because of her public statements about her opponents. Madilyn Cole publicly accused and labeled Judge Cynthia Cruz as lacking in "leadership..." when the topic of closing the Las Vegas Strip Corridor Court was in the news. Without knowing all the facts, political candidate Madilyn "Leavitt&34 Cole, fake name and all, disrespected Judge Cruz for self-gain. In response, Madilyn Cole was accused of spreading misinformation and that she was "totally incorrect.". Are all BYU graduates this stupid?

Why should Nevada tax-payers PAY Madilyn Cole to campaign while her opponent is actually doing her job?? Was Madilyn Cole receiving a pay checlk whilr she was knocking on doors, or campaigning?? How did she have the time to attend all of these well-publicized events as a so-called Clark County, NV prosecutor?

In reality, it is Madilyn Cole who not only lacks leadership, but she clearly lacks socially redeeming skills and intelligence. She surrounds herself with and solicits endorsements from persons investigated by the Nevada Ethics Commission; she is too dumb to understand that a single Judge was not responsible for closing the Las Vegas Strip Corridor Court; she sought and received donations from the richest lawyers in Las Vegas, NV because they know the cheap history of Leavitt females and how easy it will be to influence and take advantage of an inexperienced idiot trying to be a judge; and, despite her Jewish backers, Madilyn Cole is too NAZI.

The Jews backing Madilyn Cole are hypocrites. They complain of alleged events taking place under the Third Reich of Germany, but excuse the outrageous conduct of Brigham Young, and his followers?

Madilyn Cole wants to be Judge because she realizes her career as a Clark County,NV prosecutor is headed no where. No law firm in the State of Nevada will hire her. She is only licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada. She is not licensed in the States of Utah, California, and Arizona. Her little brain would short-circuit if she attempted to pass law exams in all of these states.

There are critics that belive that Madilyn Cole is thoroughly brainless, incompetent, and unqualified to be in ANY government job, let alone a judge.

It seems that she was hired by Clark County, NV Prosecutor to be another 'Skirt' at 200 Lewis Ave, nothing more. She seeks to apply different standards on her opponent, but lacks the character, lacks the integrity, and lacks the judicial temperament to impose the same standards on herself.

The truth hurts, but Nevada Voters need to be aware of what steps Madilyn Cole may take next to pursue her warped and deranged dream of becoming a Nevada Judge.

If and when Honorable Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo is asked to consider the application of Madilyn Cole, he should remain strong and ethical if she raises her skirt in his office. Keep your belt on. Use your mouth and say: Hell No, BYU Nazis Got to Go.". If you can't speak, hold a Christian Cross to the face of uppity Madilyn Cole, and she will get the message that the ghosts of Brigham Young will not work for her.
