Mother of Madilyn Cole Investigated by Baltimore Sun Reporter Doug Poppa
On August 11, 2019, Baltimore Sun Reporter Doug Poppa did what no reporter of the Las Vegas Review Journal would dare to do: Investigate the family of Judge Michelle Leavitt, and her suspicious family of runt lawyers, sketchy friends, promiscuos daughters, and rich lawyers.
Baltimore Sun Reporter Doug Poppa is no cowardly Jeff German or Jewish right-wing puppet Victor Joekes.
Despite what the Third Reich of Germany inflicted upon the Jewish people, Victor Joekes apparently has not learned any lessons. He apparently still believes that all was good in Nazi Germany, or any alleged Jewish suffering was minimal at best if one considers his current refusal to report upon real corruption in Las Vegas, NV or discuss why he gives free pass to Mr. Donald Trump.
Victor Joekes is the type of apoloigist that would have allowed Nazi Germany to prosper. He has no right to complaine of alleged atrocities or alleged anti-semitism that may have been commited in Germany under the Third Reich,
Robert Telles was so upset at the cowardly Las Vegas Review Journal staff reporter named Jeff Garman targeting little people, but ignoring Oriental crimes, and crimes by the rich and powerful, that he now sits as a convicted murderer.
Doug Poppa is a different guy. He is not afraid of the Leavitts or a corrupt Michelle Leavitt, as evidenced by his multiple podcasts, videos, and articles wrtten about the corrupt mother of Madilyn Cole; a fat Nevada pig who was written up by the Nevada Commisson on Judicial Discipline in 2015.

The article was prompted by serious allegations questioning the integrity, character, and fitness of Madilyn Coles's mother, Nevada Judge Michelle Leavitt. An Emergency Motion filed by attorney Craig A. Mueller raised concerns about whether or not Michelle Leavitt was fit to serve. Clearly, lawyer Craig A. Mueller has no intention of supporting the judicial campaign of Madilyn Cole, the daughter of Judge Michelle Leavitt.
Reporter Doug Poppa wrote that Mr. Craig A. Mueller claimed that Judge Leavitt’s daughter, [Morgan Leavitt, a/k/a/ Morgan Fitzpatrick] "had been involved with a pimp in Las Vegas.". Street Translation: Lawyer Craig A. Mueller alleged that Morgan Leavitt was whoring herself on the streets of Las Vegas via a Las Vegas pimp.
Furthermore, Doug Poppa wrote that an individual named Shane Valentine "had pimped Morgan Leavitt, a/k/a/ Morgan Fitzpatrick. Moreover, Attorney Mueller’s source claimed that “Judge Michelle Leavitt’s daughter was, indeed, in the prostitution ring run by Valentine;”
Reporter Doug Poppa wrote that Mr. Craig A. Mueller relied upon an establided Nevada source, the Nevada Current. The Nevada Current is a well-respected, legitimate, fact-checked online blog-type website that is known to expose corruption in the state of Nevada.
As is expected with Leavitt family attorneys, they attacked the credibility of the reporting source Nevada Current by claiming the online website "...has no established credibility." The Leavitt family lawyers also denied that Madilyn Cole's baby sister Morgan Fitzpatrick, who now uses the name of Morgan "Leavitt", was tied to pimps despte sworn testimony and official Grand Jury transcripts, and statements made by a respected Nevada judge named Melanie Andress Tobiasson.
In other words, according to the Leavitt family lawyers who represented Judge Michelle Leavitt, the public should believe ONLY statments coming from one Judge in town (Michelle Leavitt) and dismiss statmnts from ANY OTHER judge!!

Lawyer Andrew Leavitt claims that statements made by lawyers against his sister were "personal.". The uncle of Madilyn Cole goes on a rant whereby he publicly makes numerous unsubstantiated claims against the lawyer who made the allegations against Michelle Leavitt.
Mr. Andrew Leavitt apparently got the short end of the Leavitt stick when it comes to I.Q. level. Even the most basic person understands that when you represent your sister or another family member in a legal matter that is, by definition, "making it personal.". Duh?!
Let's review the logical skills of Andrew Leavitt for a while. He makes a huge public splash of lawyers attacking the credibility of his sister, fat Michelle Leavitt.
Is Andrew Leavitt also going to dispute the fact that his sister Michelle Leavitt needs to lose weight?!!
Let's comments about the hair style and ugly face of Madilyn's Cole mother too. They both look like they used the same cheap tanning salon and hair-stylist.
Apparently, having an opinion different from the Leavitt family is not acceptable. Mr. Andrew Leavitt goes on to state he will personally file State Bar charges against a defense attorney who is representing a criminal defendant. Oh, the criminal defendant has a case before Judge Michelle Leavitt too.
Rather than offering facts that contradict supposed incorrect information, Einstein Andrew Leavitt engages in personal insults, personal slights, and immature taunts against a licensed Nevada Lawyer while fat Michelle leavitt continues to eat too much, continues to eat cakes, pies, and pizza.
In other words, rather than disproving the allegations with counter-facts, legal evidence, court-transcripts, eye-witness statements, the best that Leavitt family lawyers could offer to support the mother of Madilyn Cole (Michelle Leavitt) is nothing but a public display of childish temper tantrums.
Logically speaking, Andrew Leavitt discredited whatever intelligence he purports to have. Watch this: Mathematically, we know that by the Commutative Property A + B=C, and it is also true that B + A=C. If A=Michelle Leavitt, and B = Andrew Leavitt then we should be able to interchange the roles of A, and B as allowed by the Commutative Property f Mathmetics..
In other words, if A represented B and the result is C (a valid real number) then the representation of B by A should also be C. However, A is a Judge and B IS a Lawyer whose is a family member of A
The equation cannot stand if the roles are reversed because a Judge BY LAW MUST recuse herself/himself from presiding over a trial involving a family member(s). Thus, the Commutative Property cannot stand in this case, and by direct association the reasoning used by ANDREWW LEAVITT IS ILLOGICAL, AND MATHEMATIALLY SENSELESS.

There are cases in the Unted States of America where young black men who have dated white girls were convicted of rape and sent to prison for 50 yeats when in fact the acts were consensual.
In the legal Summary Appeal filing, the lawyers for Marlon Brown argued that: " Marlon Brown appeals his conviction because the District Court[ Judge Michelle Lleavitt], after giving every indication it would allow him to plead not guilty by reason of insanity (“NGRI”), abruptly refused to instruct the jury on NGRI and refused to allow Marlon to argue NGRI, after Marlon’s defense counsel, had conceded all the evidence against him...."
In other words, the lawyers argued that a corrupt Michelle Leavitt tricked this defendant in conceding damaging evidence against him unfer the pretext that his NGRI plead would be accepted. However, when the case came before the jury, the pitiful mother of Madilyn Cole, refused to allow the jury to consider the NGRI plea and thus leaving Mr. Marlon Brown with no defense whatsoever.

We know that Madilyn Cole is constantly trying to tie herself to the history of Myron Leavitt. She has even temporarily adopted his name, Madilyn Leavitt Cole.
The actions of Madilyn Cole's mother, Michelle Leavitt, in the Marlon Brown case, whereby she sought to remain on a case involving her own daughter, and her Black male roommate, before finally recusing herself 6 months after sentencing the young man to decades before bars speaks volumes what you can expect from Madilyn Cole.
After Marlon Brown was tricked into a guilty jury verdict, and after he was sentenced to prison for a long term, and ONLY THEN, did Michelle Leavitt recuse herself from his case.
Doug Poppa correctly questioned: "Why is Michelle Leavitt Still on the Bench"".
Madilyn Cole has been silent about her ties to Michelle Leavitt, but is quick to shout the name of a deceased grandfather! What a deceitful skank?

Regardless of claims of denial by the Leavitts, the fact demonstrate and show that FBI agents, Grand Jury Transcripts, testimony from at least two mothers, testimony from respected and Honorable Judge TObiasson, and others, all point to Morgan Leavitt as being pimped and tied to prostitution, and how MIchelle Leavitt punshed her Black male boyfriend.
In an article dated xxxx, Madilyn Cole ignorantly questioned the "leadership" skills of her opponent Honorable Cynthis Cruz, but has refused to questiion the ethics, the intelligence, and moral values of her fat mother Michelle Leavitt, who has a public judicial rap sheet!!
