Nevada Supreme Court Case Substantiates Genetic Inferiority and Judicial Unfitness of Madilyn Leavitt Cole

The Special Genetic Theory of Human Unfitness and Familial DNA Testing.
The molecular biology and genetics shared by a mother and daughter is a proven fact. The mathematical and genetic basis for the permanent disqualification of Madilyn Leavitt Cole, and certain Leavitt family members from serving as a judge, can be substantiated by both Biological and Genetic Postulates.
As guide, one does not need to use transformative theories of mathamtics (i.e. Lorentz Transformations), but look to the genetic facts already known, and the genetic relationship to judicially noticeable facts.
It is not the objective of this article to prove mathematically and/or pan-genome basis the Genetic Inferiority of Madilyn Cole because a discussion of the molecular biology of humans or subhumans is beyond the scope and education level of the targeted readers of the Madilyn Cole Exposed website. Instead, we offer genetic facts, judicial facts, and basic Euclidean principles that can serve as a beginning basis to prove our theorems.
For starters, a person genetically superior would never be accused of the same charges leveled against Michelle Leavitt because genetic superiority serves as an Genetic Block, per se, that prevents a person from engaging in such conduct.
Using that simple fact as a baseline, and using the solid body frame of reference Earth, and Euclidean geometry relative to Earth (i.e., x,y,z and t, and A, Cartesian coordinates).
Let x,y,z, be the spacial coordinates of subject #A at all times t on Planet Earth. X represents the horizontal position of subject #A. Y represents the angular position or vector of subject #A position relative to the horizontal axis (greater than 0 degrees of coordinate X), and Zrepresents the veritcal position for all times t when subject A is airborne or above the fixed body of reference Earth; Z is precisely 90 degrees perpendicular to x, and y at all times t.
For simplicity, we will ignore all motion and velocity of Subject #A although our ultimate objective is to prove via Molecular Biology and science that Subject #A (Madilyn Cole) is genetically inferior at all times t and in all locations of the coordinate system (x,y, and z.) while positioned on Planet Earth.
Furthermore, let subject #A, be a first degree genetic product of Michelle Leavitt (a son or daughter). Let constant C, represent a factor for Gender Equivalence(female vs. male, whereby this constant takes into account the genetic equivalence of the male vs. female gender, and the proven probability that a female has more in common with her female mother than her male father; common sense [body type, hair length, no biological female has a penis, etc.]
One can prove through a derivation of DNA Mathemetics, Molecular Biology, Matrix Genome Mathematics of Protein Coding, Multi-Variable Calculus, Probability, Past Actions of Subject #A (represented as Probability Events), and judicially accepted scientific principles of the known human genome, that Madilyn Cole is genetically inferior and should be barred from ever becoming a Judge.
The Genetic Inferiority of any human who is a subset or product of a known inferior is not an insult, or defamatory, but simply a provable mathematical fact that is often ratified by his/her own actions, behavior, academic apititude, inactions, and intellectual limitations across a wide array of subject matter. This is not a racial theory.
In the fields of molecular biology and genetics, a pan-genome (pangenome or supragenome) is the entire set of genes from all strains within a clade. More generally, it is the union of all the genomes of a clade.
Madilyn "Leavitt" Cole, or whatver made up name she is now using since her embarassing judicial defeat, is a direct DNA offspring of Judge Michelle Leavitt. The actions, behavior, traits, inactions, and campaign behavior of Madilyn Cole were on public display and mimic similar conduct of Michelle Leavitt. The woman Madilyn Cole is a mess, to put it mildly.
